Because my company is based in France and because all my expenses are incurred in euros, I charge you fees in euros. You can easily pay with your USD account or from a bank in another currency. However, the price in euro is the one that will prevail regardless of exchange rates fluctuations.

Give me a moment to calculate the budget based on what we'll do exactly. To give you an idea, my typical 10-day immersion experiences cost €5,000. The price for this experience will be lower because it is shorter, but coherent with that kind of fee.

Not included:

• Transportation at the beginning and end of the trip. However, I can guide you about the best ways to get to Foix (by train from Toulouse)

• Drinks (except tap water) and extras during meals

• Any activities not mentioned in the itinerary

• Souvenirs and personal purchases

• Your personal travel insurance if you choose to take out a policy

• And maybe more: I'll tell you as soon as it's all finalized

 

 

Optional extras (for a fee):​

• Shuttle from Toulouse to Foix on the first day

• Special requirements (special dietary requirements that incur abnormal costs, extra luggage, etc.)

• Extensions before or after the trip

Please note:

• Each traveler must limit their luggage to one suitcase.

• Cancellation policy: If the trip is canceled by SARL école équilibre, all fees paid will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, no fees will be refunded. If you cancel between the time of payment and 60 days before the trip date, you will receive a partial refund: your fees minus any expenses already incurred in preparation for the trip, minus any bank or similar fees related to your refund, and minus a penalty of €500-€1,000 to compensate for losses related to your cancellation.
